The Order of July 12, 2017 simplified and clarified the disclosure obligations of companies, by eliminating the “Board of Directors’ Management Report”.
Mercialys has taken advantage of this regulatory change to upgrade the form of its Universal Registration Document and to feature the various sections of its new "Corporate Governance Report".
