ImocomPartners is a portfolio management company (SGP), wholly owned by Mercialys since March 2025, which has been investing in retail parks on behalf of leading institutional investors and family offices since its creation in 2011.
As an investor–landlord, ImocomPartners covers the entire value chain — from asset sourcing and leasing to property management and financing structuring — providing a comprehensive and integrated approach to retail real estate investment.
Conflict of Interest Prevention and Management
In order to prevent and manage any potential conflicts of interest, and in accordance with Articles 318-12 and 318-19 of the AMF General Regulation as well as Articles 30 to 36 of Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 231/2013, ImocomPartners has implemented a comprehensive framework designed to ensure the protection and primacy of its clients’ interests.
This framework is built on the following pillars:
⮚ Ethical principles, set out in a code of conduct communicated to all ImocomPartners employees.
⮚ An organizational structure that ensures a clear separation of functions and the independence of portfolio managers responsible for OPPCI vehicles or any other funds and mandates managed by the company.
⮚ Internal procedures aimed at preventing conflicts of interest and establishing mechanisms for their resolution should they arise despite the preventive measures in place.
