Mrs Stéphanie Bensimon has a Master’s in Finance from Paris IX Dauphine University. Since 2016, she has been Managing Director Real Estate for Ardian France. She has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate investment, including five years with Invesco Real Estate, where she was in charge of investments for France, Belgium and Southern Europe from 2011, and previously with Carval Investors, a Cargill Group subsidiary, and GE Real Estate Group, where she was responsible for real estate investment in for Europe.

Éric Le Gentil is a graduate of the École Polytechnique, the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and the Institut des Actuaires Français. He began his career in 1985 in insurance auditing. From 1986 to 1992, he held various positions within the French Finance Ministry including that of insurance advisor to Pierre Bérégovoy’s firm. From 1992 to 1999, he held various roles at Athéna Assurances and AGF Assurances. He joined Generali France in 1999 as Chief Executive Officer of Generali Assurances Vie & Iard. In December 2004, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Generali France Assurances. From July 17, 2013 until February 13, 2019, Mr. Eric Le Gentil was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mercialys. Since February 13, 2019, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Vincent Ravat joined Mercialys in January 2014 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for the lettings, operations and marketing & communication teams. Previously, he served from 2011 as Director of Operations France for Hammerson, a real estate investment, development and management group, listed on the London Stock Exchange, developing its activities in the United Kingdom and France. From 2000 to 2010, he held various positions in Asia, Switzerland, Spain and France, with the Ludendo and Distritoys groups, where he was a member of the Executive Committee. He is a graduate of ESC Rouen (now Neoma Business School) and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Mercialys from August 2016 to February 2019, and he now serves as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Maël Aoustin holds an engineering degree from INSA Lyon, a Master of Science from Brunel University of London and a Master's degree from HEC Paris. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of UXCO Group since March 2022, an integrated investment, development and operation group in residential, student and hotel real estate, majority owned by Brookfield Asset Management. Mr. Maël Aoustin has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, including 12 years at Unibail-Rodamco where he held various management positions in France and internationally in investment, asset management and operations. He then served as Chief Executive Officer of the retail property company Galimmo from 2016 to 2022, and was responsible for M&A and real estate operations at the retail group Louis Delhaize.

After scientific studies, Dominique Dudan joined the real estate industry. Admitted as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), she has become a Fellow. Between 1996 and 2005, Dominique Dudan held the position of Head of Development with Accor Hotels & Resorts. She later joined HSBC Reim as Head of Operations and member of the Management Board, and then BNP Paribas Reim as Executive Vice-President and Head of Regulated Real Estate Funds. In 2009, Dominique Dudan created her own firm, Artio Conseil, while holding the position of Chief Executive Officer of Arcole Asset Management. In 2011, Dominique Dudan became Chairman of Union Investment Real Estate France, a position she held until July 2015. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Gecina since 2015, and a member of the Supervisory Board of Swiss Life Reim (France) since 2017. Ms. Dominique Dudan is also a member of RICS France, the MEDEF Economic Commission for the Service Professions Group and the Île-de-France Real Estate Club. She has the title of Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite.

Arnaud Le Mintier graduated in aeronautical engineering from ESTACA (Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile) in 1986. In 2002, he also obtained a Master's degree in law from the Institut d'études économiques et juridiques appliquées à la construction et à l'habitation (ICH), and was accredited by the RICS in 2004. He is also a member of various professional associations (ULI, CDCI, etc.). Arnaud Le Mintier began his career in the Grenadines, where he built and managed a hotel. He then spent 12 years as Development Director at Européenne Foncière et Patrimoine, where he specialized in residential real estate investments. Then, from 2007 to 2014, he headed the French branch of Rockspring, a private real estate fund manager with €7 billion in assets under management. In 2011, this branch obtained SGP (Société de Gestion de Portefeuille) accreditation from the AMF. He then joined the French subsidiary of the real estate company Cofinance to head it from 2014 to 2021. His mission was to pursue the growth and management of this real estate investment company. In 2021, Arnaud Le Mintier joined forces with the Virtuo group to create (he holds a 25% stake) and manage ALTEO Investment Management, a company dedicated to fundraising and asset management on behalf of third parties.
