Mercialys: A Leader in Shopping parks in France

Founded in 2005, Mercialys is one of the leading real estate companies in France and Europe.

Since its stock market listing in 2005, the Company has continuously streamlined its portfolio, which consists of around thirty strategic shopping centers known as Shopping Parks — a hybrid model that combines the strengths of destination shopping centers (broad retail offering) with those of retail parks (lower occupancy costs).

 

This model is embodied by the new commercial identity of the Company's sites called "SHOP.PARK".

 

In addition to their technical and operational features, Mercialys’ Shopping Parks — which represent over 700,000 sqm of retail space across mainland France and certain French overseas territories — are defined by clear strategic criteria:

  1. A leading position within their catchment area;

  2. A presence in key geographic areas centered around dynamic metropolitan hubs, characterized by demographic and economic trends — particularly income growth — that outperform the national average.
