H&M opened a family store at the “La Galerie Géant Angoulême” mall.
This new 1,700 sq.m point of sale offers this international retailer’s collections for men, women, young people and children, as well as H&M Beauty, further strengthening the fashion selection available with the center’s 45 stores.
“La Galerie Géant Angoulême”, owned by Amundi Immobilier and Mercialys through the real estate investment company SCI AMR, has been extended to set up H&M’s 202nd store in France.
In addition, “La Galerie Géant Angoulême” is currently putting the finishing touches to a comprehensive refurbishment. The center’s new visual identity, with its repainted red facades, its new interior and exterior signage, will enable it to welcome this new retailer and large numbers of customers, under the best conditions.
With its extensive portfolio of shopping malls nationwide, Mercialys is supporting H&M with its deployment in France. Following the extension of its store at the Géant Niort mall in 2015, this retailer will be extending its Brest store. Three new points of sale will be opening in 2016: in Mandelieu on May 4, followed by Lanester and Fenouillet in the autumn. In 2017, H&M will also be arriving at the Géant Morlaix mall.
