Ethics and diversity

Mercialys believes that diversity and inclusion are a source of emulation and innovation, and they are positioned as a core pillar of its human resources management policy.

2030 goals

Maintaining best practices for equality in the workplace

How we will achieve this by 2030

  • Maintaining a high workplace gender equality index score
  • Ensuring continued gender parity in our executive bodies
  • 100% of managers covered by awareness actions for diversity and non-discrimination

Building a culture of exemplary ethical practices

How we will achieve this by 2030

  • 100% of employees trained on ethics each year

Our main achievements

Sharing ethics values: When they join Mercialys, each employee receives our Code of ethics and code of conduct, which set out guidelines for how they should behave in their professional activities, from preventing conflicts of interest to tackling corruption. To ensure the effective distribution of Mercialys’ ethics approach, a training program is organized each year to remind staff about the principles from these guidelines and to take a more in-depth look at one or more areas.

Promoting gender equality: Mercialys promotes gender equality in the workplace, particularly for management-level positions.

The Company was ranked 2nd out of the SBF 120 in 2022 for the representation of women in executive roles in the rankings drawn up by the French Secretary of State for Gender Equality.
