Assets

ImocomPartners currently manages two investment vehicles for professional clients: ImocomPark, an OPPCI created in 2011 and awarded the French SRI label, and Imocom Basic Retail, an SCI (alternative investment fund) created in 2026. These two funds hold 34 real estate assets totalling 387,000 sq.m, mainly retail parks, located in several French regions, notably Île-de-France and Hauts-de-France. These assets are leased to retailers from a wide range of sectors, providing a diversified retail offer. As at September 30, 2026, the portfolio, valued at €677 million including transfer taxes, generates approximately €45 million in annual rental income from 343 tenants.
