The Cap Costières shopping center in Nîmes has obtained BREEAM In-Use certification with the highest rating of “outstanding” for the Operational part of the assessment and “Very good” for the intrinsic quality of the building.
Mercialys is therefore working towards its goal of obtaining “Outstanding” certification for 30% of its portfolio in
terms of value by the end of 2015.
With its 75 stores and restaurants and Géant Casino hypermarket, Cap Costières is the shopping destination of
choice in Nîmes.
