MERCIALYS announces the appointment of Stéphane VALLEZ as Retail Letting Director. He will report to the Company’s Executive Vice President, Vincent Ravat.
In 1997, Stéphane Vallez joined DTZ Jean Thouard where he took part in the creation of the Retail department. In 2001, he joined ALTAREA COGEDIM as Letting Manager in charge of new projects. In 2005, he was appointed as Area Sales Director. Since 2009, he had been acting as Letting Director.
Stéphane Vallez is 41 years old and is a graduate of the Graduate Real Estate Business School (Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières - ESPI -).
