Pierre-Yves Bonnaud has been appointed Head of Asset Management, in charge of Valuations, with responsibility for extension and improvement projects relating to commercial sites.
Mr Bonnaud joined CBRE Investors in 2002 as an Asset Manager in charge of asset acquisitions and disposals. In 2006, he joined Mercialys as Project Manager and then Asset Manager, with responsibility for managing a portfolio of large assets. In 2011, he was appointed Head of Co-ordination and Major Projects at Casino Immobilier & Développement, and in 2013 Head of the Arbitrage and Forward Planning Department, with responsibility for asset acquisition and disposal projects and partnerships.
Pierre-Yves Bonnaud is a graduate of ESTP and has a Masters in Urban Environmental Management and Services from ESSEC.
