ImocomPartners is a portfolio management company approved by the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) under number GP-11000035 and wholly owned by Mercialys since March 2025. Since its creation in 2011, it has been investing in retail parks, food stores and DIY stores on behalf of leading institutional investors and family offices. As an investor-landlord, ImocomPartners operates across the entire value chain, from asset acquisition to leasing, including financing structuring and property management. This control of the entire process enables the management company to seek sustainable value creation for its investors.
